Jerry Lawton is tweeting like he's receiving news live from the trial whereas we know this isn't the case as the Daily Mail has already written an article containing all his points. It seems too much of a coincidence that Lawton started tweeting almost at the same time the Mail story appeared. IMO, there is a reporting embargo until the narrative has been Clarriefied wtf

I agree, he tweeted at almost the same time yesterday. Michael Wright was probably on this morning. So that's 4 days now for McCann witnesses..........how long will Mr Amaral and his co-defendents get?

The official police files, released well before the publication of the book show the conclusions drawn by the Portugese Police Force. Whether these conclusions are true or not, the book is based entirely on these conclusions. No-one stopped looking for poor Maddie because of this book.

DM. why don't you send a journalist out to Portugal to report the whole trial instead of just reporting what is said against Mr Amaral? How can anyone in the UK form an opinion regarding the trial other than one against him if you don't report the whole thing and not a biased one supporting the McCanns??

What ever anyone says, the McCann's are guilty for leaving their 3 very young children alone without a babysitter. It does not matter that they looked in on them every 30 minutes they should never have left them and they are now paying very dearly for that. They can blame themselves for the rest of their lives for being bad parents. They are lucky to have their twins. Shame on you two! Was it worth all of this for a dinner party with friends?

The reason so many people were suspicious is simply because people with kids thought "how could any loving parent leave their child in an apartment with no-one to look after them?". And, to this day, I still don't know how two parents could make that decision. They considered the dangers, and then left their children in that room alone...

He insists everything he published in his book is already contained in police and court case files on Madeleine which have been made public - an argument disputed by the McCanns He isn't allowed to lie about police evidence, so how can the McCanns dispute this? A bit greedy, yes, to ask so much for an interview, but what are the McCanns going to do with 1 million pounds? Give it all to charity?

If Wright is saying that police got involved, one would expect that both he and they copied the relevant thread. Hope he's asked to produce evidence if his claim is deemed to be relevant (which I doubt it is).

She was smiling on Madeleine's 4th birthday coming out of the church too, and at the photoshoot in Amsterdam (the photo which was quickly whooshed), and when she took the twins to the zoo after Madeleine's disappearance and on the beach strolling with Gerry, a few days after Madeleine's disappearance (doing her best to cover her mouth with Cuddlecat) and when she and Gerry took their mics off after the TV interview when they thought the cameras had stopped rolling...and.. and...and.... (it goes on).

No one knows what the judge allows or disallows as we're only getting Mcspins controlled press release by their Pink spokescreature.
It's definitely biased Mccann-side version, but they also shot themselves in the foot b/c the press is repeating all the allegations that Maddie died and her parents covered up. Released police files and internet got mentioned too which isn't bad because internet readership of the case is bound to surge.

When is this supposed to have happened? Surely if there was a kidnap plot the story would have been all over the media but I can't recall ever reading anything like it. Has Michael Wright produced evidence of this in court or is he just allowed to repeat hearsay from Gerry McCann without being challenged? Were the McCanns given a crime number by the police? Has anyone ever been charged and convicted for this crime, if not why not? What has it got to do with GA's book? Is Wright implying that the book incited members of the public to commit a crime against two innocent children? How can they get away with using others to make false allegations in a court of law but not be in the witness box to answer questions themselves?
