Hi Kangdang,
Have only just seen your request. I've been unable to find meteorological data for PdL, and have had to go with that for Lagos which is some 5.6 kms fruther east - so this is only a rough estimate.
Sunrise in Lagos on 4/05/07 was 6.35

Fantastic Daoud, many thanks.

I think....
that the McCanns have started to lose control and the upper hand, starting with Jim Gamble quitting, he would have been a good supporter to have given his job...Then the ban on Amarals book being lifted..The funny part was the ban being over turned was not reported or not where I read...but the McCanns going to watch Everton was..I think the latest blitz of asking for money and asking for a reopening is more spin to hoodwink the public and muddy the waters, it will make people think they must be innocent less why ask for a reopening and risk getting caught, well they know full well they covered their tracks well..they know a reopening wont be worth a toss, the crime scene as it was can never be replicated, the lab cant suddenly find the samples..its bluff..it will make people not sure what to think and it also knocked Amarals victory off the front pages of a google search.

Hadn't seen this video from Clarence Mitchell being interviewed on 3rd Nov the day the petition was announced

seems creatures of PFA2 and possibly JATYK (as most members are one and the same, just different user names) are working to bump up no. of sigs. on McCanns petition...how valid does that make their petition? Not very

Sign the petition yourself repeatedly using all kinds of different names or even Anon. It is really quite simply to do.

Desperate times call for desperate measures, but to coerce people and ask them to commit acts of fraud on behalf of the McCanns is quite simply outrageous.

The petition is already full of duplicates, obvious fake names and anon, what is a few more. To me the whole petition is a fraud because it isn't controlled.

One has to agree with you Avery. How these people think they are helping the McCanns is quite beyond one's own comprehension. The McCanns desperation is quite palpable in the mainstream media, and this should suffice in getting genuine signatures.
For a long time, the public have had quite enough of the McCanns. Hundreds of thousands of children disappear every year, and the public cannot understand why the McCanns are able to generate such media attention for their child, when there are parents out there who consider themselves lucky if their local newspaper or radio station bothers to pick up on their story. People have become increasingly suspicious of the McCanns, and they should recognise this and head back to Portugal for a reconstruction of their statements instead of wasting time fighting a policeman who only has Madeleine's interests at heart.

I'm a pro, not a pitchforker you flipping moron
do you not want this poor child to ever be found?
My apologies if I have offended. I was just trying to be helpful. It is a question of if the ends justify the means. The McCanns want to be able to have the newspapers publish that they have 100,000 supporters and it did seem stuck at about 30,000. Having watched the McCanns over the few years I have thought they were all for anything that would find Madeleine no matter how much it cost or who it hurt. They seemed very much ends justify the means sort of people. You may want to check with them as they may be supportive of my suggestion if it helps them achieve their goal.
Really? Because it states right on THEIR petition that duplicate signatures are NOT
acceptable.
I do think things are getting a bit silly over there now. All they have to do is look at the petition to see duplicate signatures. I don't even think people mean to do it. They seem to be not sure their post has gone through so they post again with the same comments.

If you look at the number of posts on JATYK it's clear that bonnybraes makes most of the posts - she's racked up over 17,000 whereas Ms Marbles has less than 2,000 and the other posters, apart from lily who has over 9,000, much less.
Bonnybraes is talking to herself and most likely the other usernames are her socks

It just doesnt make sense to general that kind of signatures......fishy definitely.
Doesnt matter anyway, the mccanns wont be using it for anything..its just spin as usual.
It's just another of their rubbish for the damp.

Thank you very much, Rainbow. We are very well aware that Arguida is on the same side of the fence as us and does not support the parents. Did you miss the nuance and sarcastic tone she/he was using? S/he was doing what many of us do, and alluding to the fact that we are fully aware that signatures have fallen from the sky before, so the abduction theorists should procure them in the same way again.

It was Rhodes who wrote that. Arguida was merely quoting Rhodes.

Hi Shibboleth. Please would you clarify this, so that one make amends if wrong, as one is not all familiar with the postername of rhodes. Upon reading the post below, which arrived by PM, one gathered that Arguida was merely quoting rhodes, and that only the bottom line was written by Arguida who had their tongue firmly in their cheek.

Yes Judge Mental, I think you have it about right in your post. Arguida does like a bit of irony.

Thank you very much, Shibboleth. One would rarely quote from a source not seen by direct screen-shot, and would have been annoyed with oneself if wrong.

The petition now stands at 492 signatures - please sign and forward to your contacts. We must aim for a full public enquiry and not a mere review.

Why is it necessary to have a public enquiry into missing Madeleine McCann? Let us consider a few salient facts.
This was a British girl, nearly 4 years old when she was reported missing. There are widely divergent views on what really happened to her. The McCanns claim she was abducted. The original senior detective in the case and his team believed the evidence pointed to Madeleine having died in her parents holiday apartment.
When the case was shelved by the Portuguese authorities, their final report left both the above options open, but said there was insufficient evidence to charge any individual with any crime relating to Madeleines disappearance. Public opinion ranges from those who fully support and believe in the McCanns account of events, to those who consider that they have reason to doubt it.
The McCanns recently met with Home Secretary Alan Johnson to demand a re-investigation into Madeleines disappearance and now the new Home Secretary Theresa May has also agreed to meet them. The McCanns own spokesman, Mr Clarence Mitchell, admitted earlier this year that Madeleines disappearance was A Complete Mystery. Despite the McCanns having spent literally millions of pounds, most of it raised from the public, on a string of private detective agencies, none of us have any clue whatsoever as to where she might be.
There has been no court case of any kind which might help to establish the truth about what happened to her. A public enquiry with the power to summon witnesses is the most likely to be able to get to the truth. All those with eye-witness or relevant expert evidence to bring to bear on the subject should be summoned to give evidence, and be open to being cross-examined.
If you support this petition, you will be helping to press the government to hold a public enquiry into the disappearance of Madeleine, probably the only way we can establish what might have happened to her.
