Vacancy at Palladium Associates £3.30 per hour

Interesting that Palladium are advertising on findapprenticeship.service.gov.uk for an apprentice for Palladium - they need to be able to drive now that one of their directors has lost his licence and will need to be taxied around (£3.30 an hour is not going to get them queing at the door). It is interesting that the offices at Top of the Hill at Meadowhead Lane which are also the offices for a number of EGS companies (Prosperity law, Prosperity sports, Palldaium etc) and house many employees have been in existence for over 6 years but do not pay any business rates according to the Valuation Office Agency and yet this office features on all their websites and is the head office address at the Law Society for Prosperity law. I wonder if all these businesses pay rent for their office space to Mr Smethurst which will be tax deductable. Rochdale Borough Council should be looking into this.

Think the question needs to be asked MBC about why no rates are payable on these business premise.
After his getting 7EGS on his face with his zero hygiene rating for his gastro pub he has now got in a professional to take over. The building has had a make over and name change presumably to distance themselves from the bad rep however I was in there last week and it seems like same old same old.
While waiting at the bar and being served by what I would described as very inexperienced staff I watched the bar man take a mop bucket full of dirty water and tip it down the sink behind the bar next to the "clean " glasses. Disgusting and I certainly won't be going back. Think a call to the rates dept and environmental health might be in order.
